Our core business is based around residential lettings and finding the perfect home for people to love. As long term landlords, we know what it means to agree a sustainable tenancy for both landlord and tenant so that the relationship starts off on the right foot.
The rest of our business is project management and transforming existing homes and sites into dream homes. We’re experienced in building works, refurbishments (big & small), ground works, mechanical and electrical fitouts, and bringing interiors to life. We collaborate with our little book of trusted local partners to bring your vision to reality, striving to keep timings & budgets on track.

My interest & involvement in property started at a young age. Our family business has been established since 1903 and is a fundamental part of who we are as a family; I grew up helping dad with maintaining properties, and my first job as a teenager was for an estate agency where I cycled to viewings! Since then, I achieved a 2:1 in Real Estate Management at Oxford Brookes University and have gained huge amounts of experience through my personal property redevelopment projects, as well as through profession.
I have been lucky to have a fascinating and varied career (so far!) encompassing development, property management (both residential & commercial), and then latterly working for Savills Oxfordshire and running the Lettings Office.
In my spare time you’ll find me rallying cars in the depths of a welsh forest.

I have worked in marketing for over 10 years, working with some of the UKs most loved brands such as MINI & Twinings.
My role in the little property co is equally creative; design, decoration, colours, finishes, accessories is where I am totally at home. I have years of decoration and renovation experience; bringing elements together to create a dream space.
In my spare time you will find me out walking in the countryside.
