The brief from the clients for this project was simple – they wanted another bathroom but weren’t sure if it would be possible with the existing drainage system in place! Having a large 5 bedroom house with only one bathroom was understandably proving far from ideal.

A quick survey showed that the existing drainage system within a bedroom would not only support another bathroom, but was also ideally placed and therefore required very little alteration. Bringing together multiple trades including carpenters, plasters, electricians, plumbers, painters and carpet fitters, we were able to manage the project from start to finish with the end result far exceeding the clients expectations.
