The majority of our work involves overseeing and bringing multiple trades together while giving you peace of mind at the same time. Whilst we do our own work on houses, under our project management scope we work with dozens of trusted and veted builders and contractors, some of whom we have worked with for over a decade. We can also follow any recommendations you have and will carry out the necessary due diligence where needed.

Even with the simplest of projects such as kitchen replacements this may require plumbers, tilers, painters, plasterers, electricians and so forth, all of whom you would normally have to meet and discuss your project with and these meeting would usually have to happen during working hours.

We do all the hard work for you by meeting multiple contractors and discussing your brief with them. Once the quotes and job specifications are in, they will be discussed with you ensuring that you are not only getting the dream you envisage, but also ensuring that the works are properly costed, are realistic and can be delivered within any needed schedule.

We will manage all payments and timings and will remain your main point of contact right through the project ensuring a smooth process combined with helpful communication along the way.
